At ZENVIO, we want customers to receive the correct product in good condition. Please read our return and refund policy before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Products that are used, damaged by the customer, missing parts, or not in original condition may not be eligible for return.

Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, wrong, or defective item, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- A short explanation of the issue

After reviewing the details, we will guide you with the next steps.

Refunds

Refunds are processed only after the return or issue is reviewed and approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method, depending on the payment provider’s processing time.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a wrong, damaged, or defective item, we will guide you based on the issue. For other eligible returns, return shipping charges may be the customer’s responsibility.

Non-Returnable Items

Some products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, usage, or product-specific reasons. Such cases will be handled based on the product condition and order details.
